01
The challenge
Regimen came to AddMeetings with Regi, a platform designed to bring a school's marketing and sales activity into one place.
But the users were often non-technical school operators managing multiple responsibilities.
The product needed to feel simple even when the system behind it wasn't.
02
Designing around how people already work
We began with customer interviews and experience mapping to understand how different users would interact with the product.
The design drew on familiar experiences from tools such as WhatsApp, Notion and Forest, helping make the product feel intuitive rather than unfamiliar.
From there, we developed wireframes, high-fidelity screens and prototypes, testing and refining the experience with users.
Instead of asking users to learn a complicated system, we designed around behaviours they already understood.
03
Validating before building
The final product experience was tested with users before development began.
This helped Regimen validate the direction early, remove unnecessary complexity and reduce the risk of spending development time on features that did not need to be there.
Less clutter. Earlier validation. A clearer product direction.
