AddMeetings Services is run by Add Meetings AS, a Norwegian company with organisation number 933 740 919, registered at c/o Mesh Youngstorget, Møllergata 8, 0179 Oslo, Norway.

Add Meetings AS is the data controller for the personal data described on this page. For any question about your data, email us at hello@addmeetings.com.

When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we receive your first name, last name, work email, company and message.

When you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website.

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a discovery call if you ask for one, and follow up on that conversation. We do not sell your data or use it for anything else.

We rely on two legal bases under the GDPR:

• Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): answering the people who contact us and following up on their enquiries.
• Steps before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): when you ask about our services, taking the steps you request before any agreement is made.

Two service providers handle personal data for us. They act on our instructions under data processing agreements.

• HubSpot: our customer relationship management system. When you send the contact form, your browser sends the enquiry directly to HubSpot, and it is stored in our HubSpot account, which is hosted in HubSpot's EU data centre.
• Vercel: hosts this website. To deliver pages and keep the site secure, Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type. Vercel may process this data outside the EU and EEA, under safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Our fonts and images are served from our own site, so no other company is contacted when you open a page.

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any follow-up conversation. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy to take elsewhere. Email hello@addmeetings.com and we will reply within one month.

If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.no.

We update this page when the way we handle personal data changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
